01

Right structure

Advice that considers tax, visas and banking together.

02

Compliant from day one

Bookkeeping and tax registrations set up with your license.

01Free Zone, Mainland or Offshore

Free Zones offer 100% foreign ownership, fast licensing and, for qualifying companies, a 0% Corporate Tax rate on qualifying income, but trading directly with the UAE mainland market is restricted. A Mainland licence allows unrestricted trading in the UAE and government contracts. Offshore companies suit holding and international structures and cannot trade in the UAE.

02What the setup involves

Choosing the activity and legal form, reserving a trade name, initial approval, the lease or flexi-desk, the licence, the establishment card, then visas and the corporate bank account. The bank account is usually the slowest step, so we prepare the KYC file early.

03Compliance from day one

A new company must register for Corporate Tax, monitor the VAT threshold, keep IFRS accounts and, for many zones, file audited statements at renewal. We set the bookkeeping and tax registrations up with the licence so nothing is missed in the first year.

  1. 1

    Advise

We compare jurisdictions against your activities, customers, visas and tax position.

  2. 2

    License

Name reservation, approvals, lease and licence issued on your behalf.

  3. 3

    Bank & visas

KYC file, corporate account opening and residence visas for owners and staff.

  4. 4

    Go live

Bookkeeping, Corporate Tax registration and VAT monitoring in place from day one.

It depends on where your customers are, the activities you need and your tax position. Free Zones suit international and B2B trade; Mainland suits trading directly in the UAE market. We compare both for you.
