01

Tax-ready by design

VAT codes and accounts mapped so returns and tax computations come straight from the system.

02

Less manual work

Bank feeds, recurring entries and automation cut data entry and errors.

03

Real-time visibility

Dashboards show cash, receivables and profit whenever you need them.

04

Clean migration

Balances are reconciled before and after the move, so nothing is lost.

01Why your accounting system matters under UAE tax law

VAT and Corporate Tax returns are only as reliable as the records behind them. When sales, purchases and expenses are coded correctly at the point of entry, your VAT return and your taxable income figure can be produced from the system with little adjustment.

Spreadsheets and poorly configured software tend to create the opposite: missing tax codes, duplicated invoices and balances that never quite reconcile. Fixing these at year end costs far more than setting things up properly at the start.

02Choosing the right platform

We look at how many invoices you raise, whether you hold stock, how many people need access, which banks you use and whether you need multi-currency or multi-entity reporting. From that we shortlist platforms and explain the trade-offs in plain terms.

We are software-neutral. Our recommendation is based on what fits your business, not on licences we want to sell.

03Configured for how you actually work

A good implementation goes beyond installing the software. We build a chart of accounts that supports management reporting, set up approval rules that suit your team, and create invoice templates that meet FTA tax invoice requirements.

Once live, your books can be kept by our team, by your staff or by both, with clear responsibilities agreed for each.

  1. 1

    Discover

We review your operations, current records and reporting needs.

  2. 2

    Design

Software choice, chart of accounts, tax codes and workflows are agreed.

  3. 3

    Migrate

Data is imported and opening balances reconciled to your old records.

  4. 4

    Train & support

Your team is trained and we stay on hand after go-live.

It depends on your transaction volume, inventory needs and how many users you have. Zoho Books and QuickBooks suit most SMEs, Xero works well for service businesses, and Tally is popular with trading companies. We recommend after reviewing how you operate.
