Paying people correctly and on time is non-negotiable, and in the UAE it is also closely regulated through the Wage Protection System. We run your monthly payroll, prepare WPS salary files, issue payslips and keep leave and gratuity balances accurate, then post everything to your accounts.

01

WPS compliance

Salaries paid through approved channels on time, reducing the risk of MOHRE penalties and work-permit blocks.

02

Fewer disputes

Clear payslips and correct gratuity figures build trust with your team.

03

Confidentiality

Salary data handled by a small, dedicated team rather than shared internally.

04

Accurate books

Payroll costs and provisions flow straight into your accounts each month.

01Payroll in the UAE is more than paying salaries

A compliant payroll has to reflect the employment contract, the UAE Labour Law and, for most mainland employers, the Wage Protection System. Late or short salary payments can lead to MOHRE penalties and restrictions on issuing new work permits.

Behind every payroll run sit leave balances, gratuity accruals and allowances that change over time. Getting these wrong rarely shows up immediately, but it becomes expensive when an employee leaves.

02Gratuity and leave provisions in your accounts

End-of-service gratuity is a real liability that grows every month. Under IFRS, it should be provided for in your financial statements, and banks and auditors expect to see it.

We maintain a gratuity schedule for each employee and post the monthly provision, so there are no surprises at year end or when someone resigns.

03Secure and confidential

Salary information is sensitive. We limit access to a small team, share files through secure channels and keep a clear audit trail of every approval and change.

  1. 1

    Set up

Employee master data, contracts and pay elements are loaded and checked.

  2. 2

    Collect

You send attendance, changes and one-off items before the cut-off.

  3. 3

    Process

We calculate payroll, share it for approval and prepare the WPS file.

  4. 4

    Pay & post

Salaries are released, payslips issued and journals posted to your books.

The Wage Protection System is the electronic salary transfer system run by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE). Employers registered with MOHRE must pay salaries through approved banks or exchange houses so payments can be monitored.
