01

No missed deadlines

We confirm the exact date that applies to your company and file well before it.

02

Fewer rejections

Applications are checked against FTA requirements before submission, so they are rarely sent back.

03

Correct from day one

Your tax period, entity type and business details are set up to match your accounts.

04

One team for what follows

The same team that registers you can keep your books and file your returns.

01Who must register for UAE Corporate Tax

Under Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022, registration is required for all resident juridical persons, which covers Mainland LLCs, Free Zone companies, branches of foreign companies and most other legal entities. Non-resident persons with a permanent establishment or a nexus in the UAE must also register.

Individuals are brought into scope when they carry on a business and their turnover from that business exceeds AED 1 million in a calendar year. Exempt persons, such as certain government entities and qualifying public benefit entities, follow separate rules.

02Getting the deadline right

The FTA set staggered deadlines for companies that existed before March 2024, based on the month their licence was issued rather than the year. Newly incorporated companies generally have three months from incorporation. Many businesses missed their slot simply because they assumed registration could wait until their first return.

We check your licence history, any previous licences and your incorporation date to confirm the deadline that applies. If it has already passed, we register you immediately and review whether a penalty waiver is available.

03Why accuracy at registration matters

The details you enter at registration, including your financial year, legal form and business activities, feed directly into your tax period and later returns. Correcting them afterwards takes time and can create mismatches with your accounts.

Because we start from your books and licence documents, your registration lines up with the financial statements your returns will be built on.
