Business Setup & PRO

Every residence visa in the UAE follows a sequence of approvals: an entry permit or status change, a medical fitness test, Emirates ID biometrics and the residence itself, plus a labour contract for employees. A missed step or a mismatched document can delay the whole chain. We prepare the applications, book the appointments and track each file until the visa is issued, renewed or cancelled.

Investor and partner residence visas linked to your trade licence
Employment visas: work permit, entry permit and labour contract
Medical fitness test and Emirates ID biometrics appointments
Family and dependant sponsorship for spouses, children and parents

01

Fewer rejections

Documents are checked for name, passport and licence consistency before anything is submitted.

02

No missed expiries

We track visa, Emirates ID and establishment card dates and start renewals early.

03

One point of contact

Immigration, labour and Emirates ID steps are coordinated by one team.

04

Linked to your company records

Visa quotas, payroll and licence changes stay aligned with your books and compliance.

01Investor and partner visas

Owners and partners of a UAE company can usually obtain a residence visa through their trade licence. The process starts once the licence and establishment card are in place and the company has visa allocation available.

We check that your shareholding and licence details match your passport records, then run the entry permit or status change, medical test and Emirates ID steps in order.

02Employment visas done in the right order

For Mainland companies, employment approvals run through the labour authority and immigration in sequence, and the labour contract must reflect the agreed salary and job title. Free Zone employers follow their authority's own portal and rules.

We prepare offer letters and contracts consistently with your payroll, so salaries recorded in your books, WPS payments and visa records all agree.

03Renewals, status changes and cancellations

Residence visas must be renewed before expiry to avoid fines, and Emirates ID renewal runs alongside. When someone leaves, cancellation must close both the immigration and labour files.

We keep a calendar of every visa and ID in your company and start each renewal or cancellation in good time.

  1. 1

    Eligibility check

We confirm the visa type, quota and documents needed for each person.

  2. 2

    Applications

We prepare and submit permits, contracts and immigration requests.

  3. 3

    Medical & biometrics

We book the medical test and Emirates ID appointments and track results.

  4. 4

    Issue & track

We confirm the visa is issued and add its expiry to your renewal calendar.

Typically a work permit or employment approval, an entry permit (or status change if the employee is already in the UAE), a medical fitness test, Emirates ID biometrics, the signed labour contract and finally the residence visa. Free Zone companies follow their authority's own process.
